Spring Term is here!

...and it will most likely be my last term in Klamath Falls!

Unfortunately, that means I'll be leaving a place I love, and also some people I'm quite fond of. Oh well - there's always facebook.

But what it also means is I get a chance to make good on myself. As inappropriate as that sounds, I really intend to say that I'm going to try and finish my time here with some sort of scholastic dignity. I have four classes to challenge myself in: Digital Photography, Computer Graphics, Discrete Mathematics, and Senior Project. I'm not really concerned about any of them except for Discrete Mathematics. I know for a fact that I'm not great at pulling ideas out of nowhere, but in reality, that's a skill I need to really focus on improving before I can go where I want to in my career. Doing proofs in Discrete Mathematics will serve to test and condition those important creative logic skills...

...and speaking of careers...

Today I got an email from a company about a job I'm quite interested in. I was almost out of hope that I'd get a return contact, but it's better late than never! Believe it or not, I enjoy writing, and so when this company came to Klamath Falls for OIT's winter Career Fair and told me about this opening, I had to jump right on it. The opening is for a Technical Writer, and that seems right up my alley. On top of that, the company is in a location that will be beneficial to me in a variety of ways. So I need to get some tiger's blood and prepare to win this upcoming "phone interview". Looks like I also need to iron my shirt and pants.

I've got more to write about now that I'm back in a daily routine, but for now it's nap time!
